NARM Founder Laurence Heller, PhD

Dr. Laurence Heller is the creator of the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Senior Faculty member, International Trainer, and co-author of Healing Developmental Trauma: How Early Trauma Affects Self-Regulation, Self-Image and the Capacity for Relationship, now published in fifteen different languages. Dr. Heller has conducted NARM trainings and case consultations for thousands of therapists throughout the United States and Europe.

CTTC Training Director, NARM Senior Trainer Brad Kammer

Brad Kammer, LMFT, LPCC is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. Brad has been in the trauma field for 25 years and is trained as a Somatic Psychotherapist. He has studied under and taught with his mentor Dr. Laurence Heller for many years, and is deeply inspired by the NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®). Brad is a NARM Master Therapist, Consultant, and Senior Trainer. Brad is also a SE Practitioner and Consultant, and has been involved in bringing trauma work to various communities around the world. Brad lives in a small town in Northern California with his family.

CTTC Assistant Training Director, NARM Trainer Stefanie Klein

Stefanie Klein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, NARM Master Therapist, consultant, and trainer. Stefanie is also a SE Practitioner. She has spent over 25 years in her Los Angeles private practice specializing in treating adults with trauma and anxiety disorders. For the past 15 years, she has had the distinct privilege of being mentored by Dr. Laurence Heller, founder of The Neuroaffective Relational Model. Stefanie is excited to be part of the leadership of the Complex Trauma Training Center and looks forward to continuing to support therapists that are looking to have more ease and efficacy in their practice.

NARM Trainer Ralf Marzen

Ralf Marzen, Dipl. Psych. is a clinical psychologist and trauma psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in private practice in London, UK. He is the founder and director of Embodied Trauma Healing in London. He serves as a NARM faculty member in Europe and has been actively training practitioners in NARM since 2013. Ralf has also been assisting Dr. Heller in NARM Master and Post-Master level trainings for many years.

Sherri Sharkins, MA, LAC, SEP, is a Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in the resolution of developmental and complex trauma; and a Life Coach who supports clients in maximizing personal and professional potential.
